Join us for a delightful evening with local author L.L. Kirchner, who will be sharing her new book, Florida Girls. This riveting historical fiction takes us back to the World War II homefront in St. Pete, where a young woman fleeing her past becomes part of a campaign to promote Florida - through the classic means of a troupe of singing, dancing, bathing beauties! But below this sunny surface, she discovers secrets, scandal, and the dark world of organized crime. To create the book, Kirchner dove deep into St. Pete history, incorporating well-known local landmarks and personalities.

Local author Arin Greenwood will interview Kirchner in this fun-and-history-filled conversation. A book signing will follow the talk, with copies of Florida Girls available for purchase.

Doors open at 6:30pm, program begins at 7pm.
