SPAGHETTI DINNER & MOVIE NIGHT

Just when you thought Valentine's Day was over - keep the love in the air and enjoy a night out with spaghetti, meatballs, side salad and Italian bread prepared by one of Gulfport's favorite restaurants - FUNKY FLAMINGO! Dinner will be followed by an outdoor viewing of A Farewell to Arms.


- Dinner will be served from 5-7 p.m.

- Movie will follow at dusk (7ish)

- $15 per person *


* Early registration is highly recommended!


A Farewell to Arms is a 1932 American pre-Code romance drama directed by Frank Borzage and starring Helen Hayes and Gary Cooper. Based on the 1929 semi-autobiographical novel by Ernest Hemingway. The film is about a tragic romantic love affair between an American ambulance driver and an English nurse in Italy during WWI. The film received Academy Awards for Best Cinematography and Best Sound, and was nominated for Best Picture and Art Direction. 


* Proceeds to support the Gulfport Historical Society which runs the Gulfport History Museum and the Gulfport Arts Center.
